The product

Four surfaces, one shared truth.

Plan, pantry, cook mode and log are not four features bolted together. They read and write the same record of what you actually did, which is why the numbers agree with each other.

What the app actually does

The landing page gives you the three-line version. This is the long one.

01

Plan

Seven dinners built around your goal and how much time you actually have on a Tuesday. Swap any of them and the rest of the week holds. Allergen filtering is coming soon. Always check the ingredients.

A slot with nothing in it shows a prompt, not a warning. An unplanned day is a choice, not a failure state.

What it writes
plan_setone per slot; the last write wins
list_addgrocery list: coming soon
02

Pantry

What you own, counted by adding what came in and subtracting what got cooked. You add what you bought by typing it. Taking out what you cook is coming soon.

Every row can be opened to show the full history behind the number — each addition, each use, each day.

What it writes
pantry_addadded by you
pantry_usecoming soon
03

Cook

Step mode with timers, sized for a phone propped against a jar. Finishing the last step closes the loop in one action.

That one action logs the meal and marks the slot cooked. Taking the ingredients out of the pantry is coming soon.

What it writes
meal_logwith the slot it came from
pantry_usecoming soon
plan_setthe slot, marked cooked
04

Log

What you ate, and where each entry came from: the catalogue, or you. If a figure is estimated, the screen says so.

Provenance is written in words, never carried by colour alone. If we had to guess, the screen says so.

What it writes
meal_logkcal and macros, plus the source
Why the numbers agree

Nothing stores a total.

Your pantry count, today’s protein and the week’s trend are not stored as totals. They are recomputed, in this browser, from the list of things you did, every time a screen opens.

That is why undo works properly, why a correction two days later fixes every screen at once, and why nothing ever drifts out of sync with itself.
