Creamy Tuscan Pasta
Pasta tossed with a smooth cream sauce infused with garlic, herbs, and a swappable protein or vegetable base. The dish combines al dente pasta with a silky sauce that coats each strand.
Ingredients
Method
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir frequently for 2–3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice.
Add fresh rosemary or thyme and stir to combine.
Add cooked pasta and chopped spinach (or chard) to the cream sauce. Toss until the greens wilt and the pasta is well coated, about 2 minutes.
If using a protein, fold it in gently to combine.
Divide among bowls or plates. Serve warm.
