Garlic Parmesan Wings
Crispy chicken wings coated in garlic, parmesan, and butter sauce with swappable protein and seasoning bases. Wings are pan-fried or baked until golden, then tossed in warm garlic-parmesan sauce and finished with fresh herbs.
Ingredients
Method
Pat chicken wings very dry with paper towels. Season evenly on both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Working in batches if needed to avoid crowding, cook wings 12–15 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer to a clean bowl.
In the same skillet (or a small saucepan) over low heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant, stirring constantly to avoid browning.
Remove from heat. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until fully combined, creating a creamy coating sauce.
Add cooked wings back to the bowl. Pour garlic-parmesan sauce over wings and toss gently until evenly coated.
Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley, red pepper flakes if desired, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve warm.
