Shrimp Boil Foil Packets
Foil-packet shrimp boil with shrimp, corn, and potatoes seasoned with seafood boil spice. Steamed in foil packets, creating individual servings with tender, seasoned seafood and vegetables.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F. Tear four 18-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil.
Divide potatoes, onions, and corn evenly among foil sheets, arranging in the center of each.
Top each pile with shrimp and lemon slices.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, seafood boil seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Divide butter mixture evenly over each packet.
Fold foil sheets in half and crimp edges tightly to seal, leaving room for steam circulation.
Place packets on grill or baking sheet and cook for 18-20 minutes until potatoes are tender and shrimp are opaque.
Carefully open packets (steam will release) and top each with fresh parsley before serving.
