Ingredients
Method
Slice beef thinly against the grain. Cut bell peppers and onion into thin strips. Mince garlic.
Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef in a single layer and cook 2–3 minutes per side until browned; transfer to a plate.
Add remaining 1.5 tbsp oil to the skillet. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add bell peppers and onion; cook 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and lightly charred at the edges.
Return beef to the skillet with any accumulated juices. Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the top and toss to coat evenly. Cook 2 minutes until heated through.
Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir.
Transfer beef and vegetables to a serving platter. Arrange warm tortillas alongside. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with sour cream and other preferred toppings on the side.
