Beef Tacos Bowl
A grain or tortilla base topped with seasoned ground beef, beans, and customizable vegetables. Assembled cold or warm with choice of toppings and sauce.

Dice red onion, bell pepper, and tomato; chop romaine lettuce; slice avocado; roughly chop cilantro.
Cook rice according to package directions if not already prepared; drain and warm beans if using canned.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, and cook until no longer pink, about 8–10 minutes.
Drain excess fat if needed; stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water; simmer for 2 minutes until sauce coats the beef. Season with salt to taste.
Divide cooked rice among four bowls as the base.
Top each bowl with seasoned beef, warm beans, diced onion, bell pepper, corn, tomato, and lettuce.
Arrange avocado slices on top; garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges and desired sauces on the side.
