Chipotle Pulled Pork Tacos

Pat pork shoulder dry and season all over with salt and black pepper.
Add pork to slow cooker. Combine chipotle peppers with adobo sauce, lime juice, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour chipotle mixture and broth over pork in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours, until pork shreds easily with a fork.
Transfer pork to a cutting board and shred with two forks. Return shredded pork to slow cooker and stir to coat with cooking liquid.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a gas flame until pliable.
Fill each tortilla with shredded pork, red cabbage, and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
