Four Cheese Pizza

Method
Preheat oven to 475°F. Place pizza stone or baking sheet in oven to heat.
Stretch or roll pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to parchment paper.
Brush dough edges with olive oil and minced garlic mixed with Italian seasoning.
Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border for crust.
Layer mozzarella and Gouda cheeses evenly over sauce.
Dollop ricotta cheese in small mounds across the pizza, then sprinkle Parmesan over top.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired.
Carefully transfer pizza to preheated stone or sheet. Bake 12–14 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles at edges.
Remove from oven and cool for 2 minutes. Slice and serve.
