Greek Meatball Platter
Seasoned ground meat meatballs served with pita bread, cucumber, tomato, and a choice of sauce. Baked meatballs arranged on a platter with fresh vegetables and bread for assembly.

Method
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush lightly with olive oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until just mixed.
Slice cucumber, dice tomatoes, and thinly slice red onion. Set vegetables on a serving platter.
Roll meat mixture into 16–20 meatballs (about 1.25 inches each) and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through and golden.
Transfer warm meatballs to the platter with vegetables. Sprinkle crumbled feta and fresh parsley over the top.
Warm pita bread and serve alongside. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve tzatziki or marinade on the side for drizzling or dipping.
