Hawaiian Pizza
Flatbread pizza topped with cheese, ham or pork, and pineapple. Baked until the crust is crisp and toppings are melted and caramelized.

Method
Preheat oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
Stretch or roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch round on parchment paper. Brush lightly with olive oil.
Spread shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Distribute diced ham, pineapple, red onion, and bell pepper evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle minced garlic over the toppings. Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil.
Transfer to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Slice into 8 pieces and serve hot.
