Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Pan-seared pork chops glazed with honey, garlic, and a savory sauce. Finished with a sticky-sweet coating that caramelizes on the meat.
Ingredients
Method
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add pork chops to the hot skillet and sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Do not move them during cooking.
Pour the glaze over the pork chops and reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, turning chops once to coat, until internal temperature reaches 145 °F.
Transfer pork chops to a serving plate. Spoon the pan glaze over each chop. Top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds.
