Pan-seared salmon fillet glazed with honey, garlic, and fresh citrus. Served with roasted vegetables, this dish delivers tender fish and caramelized edges in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
Method
Toss root and cruciferous vegetables with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and ginger (if using).
Place sheet pan in a 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
While vegetables roast, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season salmon with salt and pepper; place skin-side up in the hot skillet.
Cook for 3–4 minutes until the underside is golden; flip carefully.
Pour honey-garlic glaze over salmon; cook 2–3 minutes more until the fish reaches 145°F internally and the glaze is bubbling.
Divide roasted vegetables among four plates; place one salmon fillet on each portion.
Spoon any remaining pan glaze over salmon; garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds.
