Honey Sriracha Chicken

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, lime juice, minced garlic, minced ginger, and olive oil until smooth.
Arrange chicken on a sheet pan. Brush all sides with the glaze, reserving about 2 tablespoons for basting.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, until an instant-read thermometer reaches 165°F in the thickest part.
Brush with reserved glaze in the final 5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
Transfer chicken to a serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
Serve over cooked rice or with roasted vegetables on the side.
