Maple Glazed Pork
Pork cooked in a maple-based glaze with caramelized depth. Roasted until glazed and tender, served with swappable vegetables and sides.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat pork dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper on all sides.
In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, orange juice, minced garlic, minced ginger, and soy sauce until smooth.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork pieces on all sides, about 3 minutes per side; transfer to a plate.
Add carrots and brussels sprouts to the same skillet; toss with the remaining oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange around the edges.
Return pork to the skillet, nestling it among the vegetables. Pour the maple glaze evenly over the pork and vegetables.
Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring vegetables halfway through, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Serve pork and vegetables with glaze spooned over the top.
