Sesame Noodle Bowl
Chilled or warm noodles coated in sesame-tahini sauce with fresh vegetables and protein. Assembled in layers with optional garnishes and swappable components throughout.

Method
Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together tahini, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and honey until smooth. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time if the sauce is too thick.
Cut or slice cucumber, carrots, and protein into bite-sized pieces. Chop green onions or cilantro for garnish.
Divide cooked noodles between bowls. Arrange cucumber, carrots, protein, and greens on top. Pour sesame sauce over the noodles and vegetables.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
