Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Spiced chicken pizza with hot sauce, blue cheese, and celery on a crispy crust. Topped with ranch dressing and scallions after baking.

Method
Preheat oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine diced cooked chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Dice celery and chop green onion; set aside.
Stretch pizza dough to 14 inches on a lightly oiled baking sheet or pizza peel. Brush the edges lightly with olive oil.
Spread a thin base of mozzarella over the dough, then distribute the buffalo chicken mixture evenly.
Scatter diced celery, then crumbled blue cheese, then remaining mozzarella over the top.
Bake on the pizza stone or baking sheet for 12–18 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Remove from oven. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and garnish with chopped green onion. Cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
