In a shallow dish, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, and oregano to form the marinade.
Place beef in the dish and turn to coat all sides with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor).
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (or use a grill pan over high heat on stovetop).
Remove beef from marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, until charred and cooked to your preference. Let rest 5 minutes.
Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side, or wrap in foil and warm in a low oven.
Slice rested beef thinly against the grain.
Arrange sliced beef, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, salsa, avocado, and jalapeños on a platter. Let guests build their own tacos with warm tortillas and lime wedges.
