Baked pasta dish combining chicken, pasta, and creamy alfredo sauce. Assembled in a single pan and baked until bubbly and golden.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just al dente; drain and set aside.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, 3–4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine cooked pasta, chicken pieces, and spinach (if using).
Pour alfredo sauce over the pasta and chicken mixture; stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
Transfer baking dish to preheated oven and bake uncovered 30–35 minutes until bubbly at the edges and lightly golden on top.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or additional grated Parmesan if desired.
