Crispy Gnocchi
Pan-fried potato gnocchi with swappable protein and vegetable components. Golden exterior meets tender interior, finished with sauce and garnish.
Ingredients
Method
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add gnocchi and stir gently. Once they float to the surface and stay there for 1–2 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon and set aside on a clean kitchen towel.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add protein and cook until browned, 4–5 minutes; remove and set aside.
Add vegetable and minced garlic to the same skillet; sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Return protein to the skillet. Add cooked gnocchi and stir gently to combine.
Pour sauce over gnocchi mixture; toss to coat. Cook for 1–2 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and black pepper.
Divide among serving bowls. Top with grated parmesan, fresh herb, and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm.
