Fajita Bowl
Grain or rice bowl topped with seasoned protein, sautéed peppers and onions, and fresh garnishes. Assembled warm with optional sauce and cheese.

Method
Cook rice or grain according to package directions; set aside.
Slice protein into 1/4-inch strips and chop bell pepper and red onion into even pieces.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add protein and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through (3–5 minutes for chicken, 4–6 for pork); transfer to a plate.
Add bell pepper and red onion to the same skillet; cook, stirring often, until softened and lightly charred (4–5 minutes).
Return protein to the skillet, add fajita seasoning and lime juice, and toss to coat; cook 1 minute.
Divide warm rice between bowls and top with seasoned protein and vegetables.
Garnish with cilantro, cheese, avocado, and optional crema; serve immediately.
