Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted and fully incorporated.

Add vanilla extract, salt, and roasted nuts. Stir vigorously until the mixture becomes thick and grainy, approximately 1–2 minutes.

Working quickly, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper, spacing them 1 inch apart.

Allow pralines to cool to room temperature for 30 minutes until completely firm and crispy.
