Shrimp Saganaki Skillet

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Nestle shrimp into the sauce in a single layer. Cook until shrimp begin to turn pink, about 3–4 minutes per side.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Scatter crumbled feta evenly over the shrimp and sauce.
Transfer skillet to oven and bake until cheese is golden and bubbling, 8–10 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley, lemon juice, and zest. Serve directly from the skillet.
