Shrimp Tacos Bowl

Method
Shred red cabbage and dice cucumber; place in a bowl. Chop cilantro and set aside.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or directly over a flame for 30 seconds per side.
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
In a serving bowl, combine red cabbage, cucumber, and cilantro. Dress with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
Top the vegetable mix with cooked shrimp. Arrange warm tortillas on the side and add avocado slices. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired and serve immediately.
