Baked Salmon Bowl
Baked salmon fillet served over a base grain with roasted vegetables and a sauce. Warm composed bowl assembled with interchangeable protein, grain, and vegetable components.

Method
Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat salmon dry and place on one side of a sheet pan.
Toss zucchini, cherry tomato, and red onion with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper on the same pan or a separate area.
Brush salmon with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and place lemon halves on top.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and vegetables are tender.
Divide cooked grain between two bowls and top with roasted vegetables and salmon fillet.
Drizzle tahini-lemon dressing over the bowl and garnish with green onion.
