Ingredients
Method
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and ginger. Slice green onion, keeping white and green parts separate.
Cook noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together tamari, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook, stirring frequently, until golden and cooked through, about 7–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger; cook, stirring constantly, for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add cooked noodles and white parts of green onion to the skillet. Pour sauce over and toss everything together, stirring for 1–2 minutes until noodles are coated and heated through.
Return cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to combine.
Transfer to serving dishes. Garnish with green parts of green onion, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes if desired.
