Buffalo Turkey Meatball Wrap
Ground turkey meatballs coated in buffalo sauce, served in a warm wrap with cooling accompaniments. Meatballs are baked until firm, then tossed with spicy sauce and assembled with fresh vegetables and creamy condiments.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined; do not overwork.
Form mixture into 16–20 meatballs (about 1.5 inches each) and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
Transfer baked meatballs to a bowl and toss gently with 1/2 cup buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
Warm tortillas by heating in a dry skillet or oven for 30 seconds per side until pliable.
Spread 2 tbsp ranch dressing on the interior of each warm tortilla.
Layer lettuce, red onion, celery, 4–5 buffalo meatballs, and cheese on each tortilla.
Fold tortilla sides inward and roll tightly from bottom to top, keeping the seam side down.
Serve immediately, drizzling with remaining 1/4 cup buffalo sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with green onion if desired.
