Buffalo Wings

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Toss wings with the flour mixture until evenly coated. Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
While wings cook, warm your chosen sauce in a small saucepan over low heat (add melted butter if using hot sauce as the base).
Remove wings from oven. Transfer to a large bowl, pour sauce over them, and toss until fully coated.
Serve hot with celery sticks and your choice of dipping sauce on the side.
