Burrata Toast
Creamy burrata cheese melted atop toasted bread with fresh vegetables and optional protein. Assembled fresh and served warm, with swappable toppings and spreads.
Ingredients
Method
Slice tomato and thinly slice red onion. Tear arugula into bite-sized pieces if needed. Pat burrata cheese dry with a paper towel.
Toast bread until golden and crisp, about 3–5 minutes in a toaster or under the broiler. Transfer to a serving plate.
Brush or drizzle toasted bread with olive oil. If using a spread, apply a thin layer to one or both slices.
Top each slice with a portion of burrata cheese, breaking it gently to expose the creamy center. Layer tomato slices, arugula, and red onion on top.
If using optional protein, arrange over the vegetables. Drizzle lemon juice across the surface.
Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
