Churro Cheesecake
A baked cheesecake dessert combining cream cheese, sugar, and eggs with a swappable crust base and interchangeable spice profiles. The filling is baked until set, then topped with a choice of glazes or sauces for finishing.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until evenly combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan; bake for 8 minutes until set.
Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition until just combined.
Stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon until evenly distributed throughout.
Pour filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is just set with a slight jiggle (internal temperature 150°F); do not overbake.
Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature on a wire rack, approximately 1 hour.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Whisk honey with powdered sugar to form a drizzle; pour or brush over the top of the cheesecake just before serving.
