Dirty Chai Latte
A hot espresso-and-chai blend combining strong coffee with warm spiced tea. Prepared by steaming milk with chai spices and combining with espresso, creating a layered warm beverage.

Method
Pull 1–2 shots of espresso into a mug and set aside, or brew 1–2 oz of strong coffee.
Pour 8–10 oz milk into a small saucepan and add ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper.
Warm over medium heat, stirring frequently, until small bubbles form at the edge (do not boil), about 5–7 minutes.
Add honey and whisk until fully dissolved and the milk is frothy.
Pour the spiced milk mixture into the mug with espresso, stirring gently to combine.
Serve immediately in a warm mug.
