Ground Turkey Skillet
A one-pan skillet dish combining seasoned ground turkey with swappable vegetables and sauce components. Cooked on the stovetop until turkey is browned and vegetables are tender.
Ingredients
Method
Dice the onion and bell pepper into 0.5-inch pieces. Mince the garlic. Cut the zucchini into 0.5-inch cubes.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and no longer pink, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the bell pepper and zucchini. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the tomato paste and stir to coat the turkey and vegetables. Cook for 1 minute.
Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pour in the vegetable broth and stir well. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender and liquid reduces slightly.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Transfer to serving plates or bowls and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
