Hummus Board
A composed platter of creamy hummus paired with fresh vegetables, crackers, and optional proteins. Assemble components on a board or plate for immediate serving.

Method
Wash and cut cucumber into rounds or batons. Slice bell peppers into strips.
Halve cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice red onion. Pit kalamata olives if needed.
Cut pita bread into wedges. Crumble feta cheese. Toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Spoon hummus into a shallow bowl or shallow area of a serving board. Create a well in the center with the back of a spoon.
Arrange pita wedges, cucumber, bell peppers, tomatoes, and red onion around the hummus in separate sections, clustering like items together.
Scatter kalamata olives, crumbled feta, and pistachios over the board in gaps between vegetables.
Drizzle olive oil over the hummus and vegetables. Squeeze lemon juice over the hummus and vegetables.
Sprinkle paprika and fresh parsley over the hummus. Scatter toasted sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately.
