Italian Herb Turkey Meatloaf
Ground turkey loaf seasoned with Italian herbs, garlic, and breadcrumbs, bound with egg and topped with tomato glaze. Baked in a loaf pan until firm and golden.

Method
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a 9x5 loaf pan with olive oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, eggs, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined; do not overwork.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
In a small bowl, stir together ketchup, balsamic vinegar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 165°F (74°C).
Let rest in the pan for 5 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
