Jalapeño Popper Dip
Creamy dip made with cream cheese, jalapeños, and melted cheese. Baked until bubbly and served warm with crispy crackers or vegetables.

Method
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside. If using fresh jalapeños, halve lengthwise, remove seeds, and mince finely.
Mince garlic and chop green onion, reserving some green parts for garnish.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, minced jalapeño, crumbled bacon, chopped green onion (save garnish), and minced garlic. Stir until well blended.
Fold in sour cream if using. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Transfer dip mixture to an 8×8-inch baking dish, spreading evenly. Bake uncovered at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
Remove from oven and garnish with reserved green onion. Serve warm with saltine crackers, bell pepper slices, or other vegetables for dipping.
