Lemon Chicken Pasta
Pasta dish combining chicken, lemon juice, and a light sauce. Tossed with fresh herbs and served warm.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic and chop fresh parsley.
Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
While pasta cooks, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice; simmer for 3 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet along with butter and remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
Toss gently to coat, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Divide among bowls and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
