Prosciutto Arugula Pizza
Thin-crust pizza topped with salty prosciutto, peppery arugula, and melted cheese. Arugula is added post-bake for fresh crunch and bright bite.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven during preheating.
Stretch or roll pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Transfer to a pizza peel or inverted baking sheet. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a half-inch border for crust.
Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Tear or arrange prosciutto slices across the pizza.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove pizza from oven. Toss fresh arugula with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Top the hot pizza with dressed arugula and sprinkle with parmesan.
Slice and serve immediately.
