Sausage Balls
Seasoned ground sausage mixed with flour and baking powder, formed into balls and baked until golden. Firm, bite-sized spheres served warm, optionally paired with dipping sauce.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, flour, baking powder, shredded cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently with your hands until just combined; do not overmix.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until the balls are firm and lightly golden on the outside.
Transfer to a serving plate while warm. Serve with dipping sauce of choice on the side.
