Cauliflower Wings
Crispy roasted cauliflower florets coated in seasoned flour and baked until golden. Tossed with a choice of savory, spicy, or tangy sauce and served warm.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets (about 1.5–2 inches). Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Toss cauliflower florets with vegetable oil until lightly coated, then add to the flour mixture and toss until each piece is evenly coated. Discard excess coating.
Arrange coated florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until florets are golden and crispy at the edges.
Remove from oven and transfer to a serving bowl.
Pour wing sauce over roasted cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion if desired. Serve warm.
