Seafood Marinara Spaghetti
Spaghetti tossed with marinara sauce and swappable seafood—choose from shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, or squid. Pasta simmers briefly with sauce and seafood, then finishes with fresh herbs and cheese.

Method
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente (usually 9–11 minutes). Drain in a colander and set aside.
Pat seafood dry with paper towels. Mince garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add seafood to the skillet and cook 2–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until just cooked through (timing varies by choice: shrimp 2–3 min, scallops 3–4 min, mussels and clams 3–5 min, squid 2–3 min).
Pour marinara sauce into the skillet and stir to combine. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 3–5 minutes until sauce is warm and seafood flavors meld.
Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss gently with the sauce and seafood until evenly coated. Season with salt and black pepper.
Divide among serving bowls. Top with grated Parmesan, fresh parsley, and lemon zest. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
