Sesame Noodles
Tossed noodles coated with sesame-based sauce, garlic, and ginger. Served warm or cold with fresh vegetables and optional protein.

Method
Whisk tahini, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
If using tempeh, crumble and pan-fry over medium heat until golden and crispy, about 5–7 minutes. If using another protein, cook according to its method.
In the pot or a large bowl, combine warm noodles with sauce and toss until fully coated.
Divide noodles into bowls or plates. Top with cooked protein, cucumber, green onion, and sesame seeds. Serve warm or chilled.
