Shrimp Tacos

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Slice red cabbage, dice cucumber, and chop green onions and cilantro; set aside. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat, 30 seconds per side, then wrap in a clean kitchen towel.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with the spice blend. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in lime juice.
Place 2–3 shrimp on each warm tortilla. Top with red cabbage, cucumber, green onions, cilantro, and salsa.
Arrange tacos on a platter and serve with lime wedges.
