Supreme Pizza
A thick-crust pizza topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a rotating selection of meats, vegetables, and seasonings. Baked until the crust is golden and toppings are hot.

Method
Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove pizza dough from the refrigerator and allow it to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes if chilled.
Cook and prepare any raw proteins (such as sausage or ground meat) in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat. Slice or dice all vegetables as needed.
Oil a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil. Stretch and shape the pizza dough into a 12-inch round, pressing it into the pan.
Brush the crust edge lightly with olive oil. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a thin border for the crust.
Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Layer the cooked protein, then the two chosen vegetables, distributing them evenly.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the top.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and lightly browned at the edges.
Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes. Slice into 8 pieces and serve hot.
