Turkey Meatball Marinara
Ground turkey meatballs bound with breadcrumbs and egg, simmered in marinara sauce. Serve over pasta, rice, or another starch base of choice.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper.
Gently mix with your hands until just combined; do not overmix. Shape into 12 meatballs, each about 1.5 inches in diameter.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs in a single layer and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, turning once, until browned.
Add diced onion to the pan and cook for 1 minute until softened. Pour in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Stir gently.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are cooked through and sauce thickens slightly.
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and divide among serving bowls.
Spoon meatballs and sauce over pasta. Serve hot.
