Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, minced onion, grated parmesan, parsley, salt, black pepper, and optional spice blend. Mix gently with your hands until just combined—do not overmix or the meatballs will be tough.

Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch balls (about 20 meatballs). Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1 inch apart. Drizzle or brush lightly with olive oil.

Bake for 22–25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when measured with a meat thermometer. The meatballs should be golden and cooked through.

Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Serve warm with your choice of sauce, over pasta, rice, or vegetables, or in a bowl with greens.
