Bang Bang Chicken
Crispy fried chicken coated in a spicy, tangy sauce made with sriracha, mayo, and honey. Served over rice or noodles with fresh vegetables and garnishes.
Ingredients
Method
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5 inches. Pat dry with paper towels.
In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and white pepper. Dredge chicken pieces thoroughly, shaking off excess.
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth and well combined.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering. Working in batches, fry chicken pieces 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
Toss warm fried chicken with bang bang sauce until evenly coated.
Serve over jasmine rice or noodles. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
