Burrata Salad
A fresh salad built on creamy burrata cheese, mixed greens, and seasonal vegetables with a light vinaigrette. Components are mixed and assembled to order for maximum freshness.
Ingredients
Method
Wash and spin dry the mixed greens.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and slice cucumber into bite-sized pieces; thinly slice red onion and dice the seasonal vegetable.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
Place mixed greens in a large bowl or on a platter; toss with half the vinaigrette.
Arrange dressed greens on serving plates or a large dish; scatter tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and seasonal vegetable over the greens.
Place burrata cheese in the center of each salad; drizzle remaining vinaigrette around the burrata.
Garnish with torn fresh herbs and optional nuts; serve immediately.
