Cheese Board
A no-cook arrangement of cheese, cured meats, nuts, fruits, and crackers assembled on a board. Components are swappable to create varied flavor and texture combinations.
Ingredients
Method
Cut cheddar cheese into cubes or slices. Leave goat cheese whole or crumble it into a small bowl. Slice prosciutto into strips or fold into loose ribbons.
Slice apples thinly just before assembly to prevent browning. Arrange almonds and green olives in separate small bowls.
Arrange cheddar cheese, goat cheese, and prosciutto on a large board or platter, spacing them to allow room for fruit, nuts, and crackers.
Fill gaps with apple slices, almonds, and green olives. Scatter crackers around the board.
Drizzle honey over the goat cheese or cheddar. Serve immediately with cheese knives for spreading and cutting.
