Dragon Fruit Bowl
A chilled breakfast or snack bowl centered on dragon fruit with swappable bases, proteins, and toppings. Assembled cold with fresh garnishes and optional drizzle sauce.

Cut dragon fruit in half lengthwise, scoop flesh into cubes, discarding skin. Measure 1 cup cubed fruit.
Wash and roughly chop spinach or leafy green. Slice cucumber thin. Coarsely chop mint. Prepare protein element (hemp seeds, cooked tempeh, or chickpeas).
Add yogurt or cooked grain base to the center of a bowl.
Arrange leafy green around the base, then nestle dragon fruit cubes on top.
Scatter cucumber slices, protein element, and mint over the top.
Squeeze lime juice over the bowl. Drizzle chosen sauce and serve chilled.
