Harissa Lamb Meatball Bowl
Spiced lamb meatballs with harissa paste served over a grain or vegetable base with fresh toppings. Warm bowl assembled with cooked components and finished with herbs and a drizzle of tahini dressing.

Method
In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, harissa paste, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, cumin, and salt until just combined. Form into 12 meatballs (about 1.5 inches each).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 12–15 minutes.
While meatballs cook, prepare the base grain or rice according to package directions.
Divide cooked rice or base among four bowls. Top each with three meatballs.
Arrange cucumber, cherry tomato, and red onion around the meatballs. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and chopped pistachios.
Drizzle tahini-lemon dressing over the bowl and serve warm.
