Loaded Baked Potato

Method
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash potato thoroughly and prick with a fork 4–6 times.
Rub potato skin with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place potato directly on oven rack with a baking sheet on the rack below to catch any drips. Bake for 45–50 minutes until a fork pierces the interior easily.
Remove potato from oven and let cool for 1 minute. Cut lengthwise and fluff interior with a fork.
Top with cooked protein and distribute evenly.
Add cheese or spread and allow to melt from the residual heat; add vegetables and optional seasoning or sauce.
Serve immediately while hot.
